Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes what you can and cannot do on Dynasty Central. It is part of our Terms of Service. The short version: use the Service for managing your dynasties, do not abuse the platform, and do not interfere with other users' use of the Service.

2. Account Integrity

• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share your account with others
• Do not create accounts using false information or on behalf of someone without permission
• Do not create multiple accounts to evade free plan limits, bans, or other restrictions

3. Platform Abuse

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, or to any part of our infrastructure
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization (see our Security page for responsible disclosure)
• Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or plan restrictions
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated means
• Interfere with the operation of the Service, including overloading our systems or distributing malware
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, white-label, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

4. Uploaded Content

The upload pipeline exists to extract your dynasty data from game screenshots and recordings. When uploading content, you agree not to upload:

• Content you do not have the right to upload
• Malicious files of any kind
• Illegal content, or content depicting or exploiting minors
• Other people's personal or private information

5. AI Features

Our AI-powered extraction and coaching features are metered by plan. You agree not to abuse them — including automating bulk submissions to circumvent quotas, using the extraction pipeline as a general-purpose OCR service for unrelated content, or attempting to manipulate AI features into producing harmful output.

6. Shared Content

Dynasty Central lets you share parts of your dynasty publicly (for example, shareable trophy and season pages). Content you share must not contain harassment, hate speech, or offensive material in names, descriptions, or other user-editable fields. We may remove shared content that violates this policy.

7. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in warnings, removal of content, suspension, or termination of your account, depending on severity. Where required, we may also report illegal activity to law enforcement. We will use reasonable judgment — honest mistakes are treated differently from deliberate abuse.

8. Reporting Violations

If you see content or behavior on Dynasty Central that violates this policy, report it to info@dynastycentral.gg with a link or screenshot of the issue.
