Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Dynasty Central ("the Service") is owned and operated by Practice Mode Labs LLC ("Practice Mode Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Dynasty Central provides tools for managing college football dynasty mode data, including screenshot-based data extraction, roster management, recruiting tracking, and schedule organization. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malicious content, or using the Service for any illegal purpose. See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full rules, which are incorporated into these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Practice Mode Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your dynasty data remains yours.

By uploading screenshots, media, or other content to the Service, you grant Practice Mode Labs LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, analyze, display, and create derivative works from that content in order to operate, develop, and improve the Service — including using your uploads and the data extracted from them to train, fine-tune, and evaluate the AI models that power the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe, our payment processor. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Practice Mode Labs LLC and Stripe to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and prevents future renewals, but it does not automatically void invoices already issued. Payment attempts for an outstanding balance may continue after cancellation. You generally retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period if your account is current; paid access may be restricted if payment is overdue. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and billing-error refunds. Stripe's terms of service apply to all payment transactions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Practice Mode Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or one hundred dollars ($100). The Service is provided for entertainment and organizational purposes only.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Dynasty Central, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

10. AI-Powered Features

Dynasty Central uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to extract data from screenshots you upload. AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before saving it. Dynasty Central does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-processed content. Content you submit to AI-powered features may be retained and used to improve those features, including model training and evaluation, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Practice Mode Labs LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service. Signed-in users may request account deletion through the Delete account section in Settings; the deletion workflow is asynchronous and signs you out after the request is accepted. If you cannot access your account, contact us using the address below. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal resolution first. If you have a dispute with us, contact us at the email address in the Contact section below and we will try to work it out informally. Most issues are resolved this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute within 30 days of you raising it, the rest of this section governs how it will be resolved.

Binding arbitration. Except as provided below, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. Payment of AAA filing, administrative, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. Hearings will be conducted by videoconference or telephone unless both parties agree otherwise or the AAA's rules require an in-person hearing, in which case it will take place at a mutually agreed location.

Exceptions. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, and either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to or abuse of the Service.

Class action waiver. You and Practice Mode Labs LLC agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis. Neither party may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — must proceed in court instead.

Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out", including your name and the email address on your account. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
