1. Dynasty Central Content

The Dynasty Central name, logo, design, software, and original content are owned by Practice Mode Labs LLC, the company behind Dynasty Central, and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission, except as allowed by our Terms of Service.

2. Your Content

Your dynasty data remains yours. By uploading screenshots and creating content on Dynasty Central, you grant Practice Mode Labs LLC the license described in our Terms of Service — covering processing your uploads, storing your data, displaying it back to you (and to others, if you choose to share it), and using uploads and extracted data to develop and improve the Service, including training the AI models that power it.

3. EA Sports and Third-Party Trademarks

Dynasty Central is an independent companion tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts Inc. EA Sports, EA Sports College Football, and related marks are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. College and university names, logos, and marks referenced in user content belong to their respective owners. Screenshots processed by the Service are user-provided captures of gameplay from games the user owns.

4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our agent for receipt of claimed-infringement notices is: Practice Mode Labs LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, infodynastycentral.gg. If you believe content on Dynasty Central infringes your copyright, send a notice to that address with the subject line "DMCA Notice" including:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
  • The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our Service
  • Your name, address, email, and phone number
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Counter-Notices

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including: identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your contact information, consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or any judicial district in which we may be found, if outside the United States), and your signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

We will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
