Privacy Policy

Dynasty Central is owned and operated by Practice Mode Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: email address for authentication, dynasty data you create (rosters, recruiting boards, schedules), and screenshots you upload for data extraction. We also collect usage data to improve the Service.
If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We use this information to authenticate you, maintain your account, personalize your experience, and send communications as described in this policy. We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any other Google data.
If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVC on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of your subscription status and billing period from Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process your dynasty data, communicate with you about your account, and analyze usage patterns to enhance features. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We also use content you upload and data generated through your use of the Service — such as screenshots, extracted dynasty data, and feature interactions — to develop and improve the Service, including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating the AI models that power features like screenshot extraction and coaching tools.
3. Screenshot Processing and AI
Screenshots and media you upload are processed using Google's Gemini AI to extract dynasty data (roster information, recruiting details, schedules). Your screenshots are sent to Google's Gemini API for analysis and are subject to Google's API data usage policies.
We may retain your uploads and the data extracted from them after processing, and use them to operate, develop, and improve the Service — including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating our AI extraction and coaching models. If you delete your account, retained uploads associated with your account are deleted as described in the Data Retention section below.
Completed raw screenshot uploads, including roster photos used for starter setup, are scheduled for deletion after they are 90 days old. Processing or cleanup delays can extend that period, and our cloud-storage lifecycle provides a 365-day deletion backstop. Extracted dynasty data you confirm remains part of your account until you delete it or your account.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use trusted third-party services for data storage and processing. Access to your data is restricted to your authenticated account via row-level security policies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Dynasty Central. Each service receives only the data necessary for its function:
- Supabase — Authentication and database hosting (email, account data, dynasty data)
- Google Cloud Platform / Gemini AI — Cloud infrastructure and screenshot-to-data extraction (uploaded screenshots)
- Stripe — Payment processing for subscriptions (payment details handled directly by Stripe)
- PostHog — Product analytics and session recording to improve the user experience (anonymized usage data, session replays)
- Sentry — Error monitoring to identify and fix bugs (error logs, device/browser info)
- Resend — Email marketing, lifecycle communications, and transactional email delivery (email address, name, account and product-event context)
- Reddit — Advertising measurement via the Reddit Pixel on our marketing pages (ad interaction data; see our Cookie Policy)
These services have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use PostHog for product analytics, which may include session recording to help us understand how users interact with the Service and identify usability issues. We configure session recordings to mask password inputs and payment information. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. 7. Google Account Data and Revoking Access
When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) to authenticate you and operate your account. We do not request access to any other Google services or data.
You can revoke Dynasty Central's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page. You can start deletion of your Dynasty Central account from the Delete account section in Settings. This starts an asynchronous workflow; if you cannot access your account, contact us at infodynastycentral.gg. We will process the request as described in the Data Retention section below.
8. Email Communications
We send transactional emails related to your account (magic link sign-ins, subscription confirmations, account notifications). We may also send product updates, tips, and promotional emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Transactional emails necessary for account operation cannot be opted out of.
9. Your Rights
You can access or update some account data through the app settings, and signed-in users can start account deletion there. To request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account when you cannot use the app, contact us at infodynastycentral.gg. We will respond to such requests within 30 days.
10. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete personal data that we are not required to retain, subject to legal and operational requirements. We may retain billing, transaction, and other records where required by law, including after account deletion, for as long as applicable law requires.
We may retain de-identified or aggregated data that can no longer reasonably be associated with you or your account, including data used to improve our AI models. Improvements already incorporated into our models before your deletion request are not reversed by account deletion.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data is processed and stored in the United States through our infrastructure providers (Google Cloud Platform, Supabase, Stripe). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.
12. California Residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. Where our use of advertising measurement tools (such as the Reddit Pixel) is considered "sharing" under California law, you can opt out by contacting us at the email below or using browser-level privacy controls. To request deletion, use the Delete account section in Settings or contact us at the email below.
13. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
